Officine G.S.P. uses specifically designed equipment to produce the metal punching projects commissioned by our customers with precision and flexibility.
Many sheet metal components are rectangular in shape and are produced economically in two stages:
- a punching step
- followed by a shearing step using the integrated right-angle shear.
Combined punching machine with shears
To meet specific needs with precision and flexibility, Officine G.S.P. uses a combined punching and shearing machine with a 3000x1500 working area, ensuring high quality results.
Professional programming and a range of processes
This system is programmed by our expert operators using a CAD/CAM system operating in parallel time and can execute a range of machining operations on sheet metal, including threading, continuous forming, simple and complex deformations, as well as punched markings when requested.

Automation and efficiency
All work is carried out in automatic mode, with the sheet metal loaded and unloaded automatically, without requiring the presence of an operator.
When unloading, the pieces are directed straight to their correct palletizing addresses, avoiding repetitive manual operations and streamlining production times.
